Exceptional Sterols is a phytosterol complex featuring naturally derived plant sterols.  It has been found that plant sterols are beneficial in supporting healthy blood lipid levels and in overall cardiovascular function.  It is recommended by the National Institutes of Health for individuals to have a healthy diet plus 2 grams of plant sterols per day to promote cardiovascular health.
 
Directions: Take 2 softgels twice daily with a meal or as directed by your practitioner.
